Credit Policies

We only issue business credit. We do not issue consumer credit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit card will be charged exact amount of order and freight at time of shipping.

Delayed billing is not available on credit card orders.

COD – COD is not available and will not be accepted as a method of payment.

Past Due Accounts - New orders cannot be shipped to accounts with past due invoices. Accounts not paid within 30 days or within specified terms are subject to 1½% per month, 18% per annum finance charge. All past due accounts are subject to reasonable collection fees. We assess a service charge of $25.00 for checks not honored by the customer’s bank.

We reserve the right to refuse credit to anyone.
We reserve the right to apply credits to oldest unpaid invoices.
We will not sell to companies at all in the process of a bankruptcy.

New Account Procedures: When a new account is presented to us requesting terms by submitting a completed credit application and providing references, we run a business credit report. If the account shows good credit history, we then extend credit on our standard terms of Net 30 days (The credit approval time may vary so payment for the first order by credit card can help ensure prompt delivery.) We ask that you pay us promptly and within the terms of sale. The first invoice must be paid before another order can be shipped.

If the account shows a poor credit history, the customer and salesperson are notified that due to the customer’s credit history, we cannot extend terms and each order must be prepaid with cash or credit card.

Current Accounts Procedures: Once a customer goes 5 days beyond their invoice due date, their account is put on Credit Hold. Orders cannot be entered and any open orders or backorders will not release while an account is on Credit Hold.

We periodically review our customer’s credit history and an account may have their credit privileges withdrawn.

Customers are notified by letter, fax, email and collection calls that their account is overdue.

If a customer goes 90 days beyond due date, their credit terms will be withdrawn and the account will be set to prepaid or credit card automatically.
